the documents you will be required to supply. It is against our policy to
submit an application to more than one lender at a time.

will check through your completed application forms and make sure that you
have provided all the documentation required. We may ask for extra
information or clarification and will present your complete file to the
lender.

will give you all the necessary contact details of the lender in case you
wish to speak with them yourselves or send documents to them direct for
speed.

will liaise with the lender throughout the mortgage process and inform you
of progress.
